Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide maintenance support as needed; performing tool changes in accordance with the production schedule, preventative maintenance, monitoring, and maintaining the condition of all associated equipment; performing repairs on this equipment; performing general plant maintenance; completing all appropriate documentation and for providing assistance and maintenance support as needed through good communications with department personnel as well. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance duties in a manufacturing environment to include all aspects of plant equipment and repairs. This is a hands on position. Interested candidates must have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Job Requirements: Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED required. Maintenance Technology degree preferred. Effective communication (reading and writing) and basic math skills are necessary, as is an excellent mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills are required. Candidates must be able to move up to 75 lbs. waist high, drive a fork truck, and be able to work at heights and closed spaces. Candidates must use arms, legs, and hands, ears, and eyes. Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time, and be able to walk up steps and climb into the back of a truck and work from a ladder with or without accommodations.
