Job Description: Cross-train on all presses and equipment in the Molding Department. 2. Operate equipment to produce high quality parts in a safe, supportive work environment. 3. Learn to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet all specification.

Job Experience: This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.  Must be able to operate a forklift truck; which requires the use of arms and legs, the ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.  Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.  Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.  Safety equipment consists of all forms of PPE such as; safety glasses, ear plugs and steel-toed shoes. Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled shifts as necessary.
