About The Community Development Corporation of Butler County

The Community Development Corporation of Butler County (CDC) was created by the Butler County Chamber of Commerce in 1959 to focus on economic development in Butler County. The CDC currently has more than 120 members including County officials and professionals from industries such as banking, higher education as well as many small business owners and CEOs. The CDC has land available for lease or sale and provides financial and technical assistance to current and prospective Butler County businesses. The CDC has 18 acres of land available for sale at the Pullman Center Business Park Expansion. The business park is located in Butler Township and the City of Butler. The property can be subdivided and all utilities are also available. In addition, there are 53 acres remaining at the Victory Road Business Park, which is located in Clinton Township.
