BC3 Apprenticeship Summit Recap

The Apprenticeship Summit was held at Butler County Community College on April 17.  Community members and businesses learned about the importance of apprenticeship to workforce development and how to take part in an apprenticeship at a trade union or manufacturing company.  The keynote speaker was Eric Ramsay from the PA Department of Labor and Industry Apprenticeship & Training Office.  Butler County Manufacturing Consortium members Scott Covert from Penn United Technologies, Inc.  and Allison Emsurak from Cygnus Manufacturing Company served as panelists.
