Healthcare Related Companies Eligible for Training Reimbursement Through WEDnetPA

The following healthcare related companies are eligible in 2020-2021 for training reimbursement through WEDnetPA! FY_20-21_WEDnetPA_Brochure

•  [Receive up to $2,000 per employee for training expenses] Mental Health Facilities
• Nursing Homes
• Primary-Care Hospitals
• Rehabilitation Hospitals (inpatient)
• Assisted Living
• Home Healthcare
• Hospice
• Non-Profits that fall into one of the above categories are now
  eligible

WEDnetPA is a statewide grant that supports Pennsylvania’s incumbent workforce training program. Each year, WEDnetPA reimburses more than 700 companies the cost of training for tens-of-thousands of employees — strengthening these businesses and improving Pennsylvania’s economy.

Find out how your company can be reimbursed up to $100,000 when they participate in skill-building training. As a participating company, YOU will select:

• * What training your employees attend
• * What training provider you use
• * The training method (classroom, online, etc.)

Although the above choices are yours, as your partner, BC3 will be there for you. From application through submission of invoices, our team is here to help.

Attached is a copy of the program guidelines. They provide a lot of great information about this grant. Please note that the list of eligible training events is just a sample of the courses that would be eligible for reimbursement. Each company and its employees have specific needs, so it would be impossible to list all of the eligible training.
