Learn how to encourage dialogue in the workplace, set ground rules for culturally sensitive conversations, go from polarization to common ground, and learn practical ways to discuss difficult topics.

Power & Privilege
Location: Holly Pointe Building, 220 South Main Street
Learn to build strategies and practices for interrupting the expression of “isms” in our sphere of influence. Through understanding our own identities and the connection between power and privilege, we can become better allies.
APRIL 20
Intent Vs. Impact
Location: YWCA, 120 West Cunningham Street
Explore the ways words and actions can unconsciously and consciously affect individuals across different identities. Learn how to address microaggressions and develop helpful responses for a healthy work environment. Enjoy lunch while learning useful and professional skills for the workplace.

$15 per person, per session.
