Job Duties

1. press operation – counting, visually inspecting foam parts. 2. packing – build boxes, pack, shrink wrap, label, palletize 3. perform quality inspections on all parts. 4. fork truck operation – required, will train 5. complete all required documentation under ISO & IATF guidelines. 6. work 25-30hrs of overtime each month

The FULL TIME position requires the ability to work a rotating schedule; either 8 or 12 hour rotating shifts. Daylight AND nightturn are both required. Encumbant must be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing.  Must be able to operate a forklift truck; which requires the use of arms and legs, the ability to get onto truck and depth perception to stack and/or move crates or other material.  Must have finger dexterity and be able to see and hear.  Must be able to climb and work from a ladder.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.  Required safety equipment consists of all forms of PPE such as; safety glasses, ear plugs and safety shoes. (Reimbursement for shoes and glasses offered after 90 day intro period.) Must be able to come to work as scheduled on a regular basis and be able to work scheduled overtime shifts as necessary, amounting to about 25-30 hours of overtime each month.
