Energy Efficiency Roundtable on Compressed Air Systems

September 11, 2018

Introducing the Southwestern Pennsylvania (SW PA) Energy Efficiency Roundtable, a collaboration of Pennsylvania utilities, manufacturing associations and the Pennsylvania Energy Programs Office. Our mission is to help area businesses and industries reduce energy costs through improved energy management, energy efficiency and cutting-edge technology. The roundtable is planning to provide a forum for energy users to share information and attract experts on various energy topics, from energy efficient technologies to energy management strategies.

We are providing a free program on compressed air efficiency. This event can help you refine your compressed air system to save your company money.

Compressed air is among the highest cost and least energy efficient systems in manufacturing. If you are responsible for or depend upon compressed air in your plant or building, come to the SW PA Energy Efficiency Roundtable on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Hank Van Ormer, founder of Air Power USA Inc., will identify the best opportunities to reduce the energy costs and increase the performance of your compressed air system.

If you have specific questions about issues, problems, or aspects of your compressor system, Air Power urges you to come to this event prepared to discuss them. Stick around for the end of the Roundtable to pick up information on financial resources available from your utility for air compressor and other energy efficient improvements. You will also have the opportunity to provide input to the Roundtable on possible future energy topics and programs you’d like to see.
