Looking to Save Money? Tri-County Career track in partnership with Pennsylvania CareerLink has money available to train your employees.

On-the-Job Training: If you are an employer who has used our On-the Job Training program then you know what a savings it can be. Reimbursement rates have increased up to 75% of the hourly wage.  Never participated in the On-the-Job training program?   This is your opportunity to learn how you can save money and help defray the cost if training your new employees.

Apprenticeships: New statewide program offering Pennsylvania employers assistance with their talent recruitment and development of apprenticeship programs.
